The moderate-income studio lofts at this property rent for $2,084 per month. To qualify for a moderate-income studio apartment, the applicants must meet the income qualification, which is as follows:
  • Annual income of $83,400 or less for one person
  • Annual income of $95,300 or less for 2 people (combined)

We also offer low-income studios, which rent at $1,667 per month. To qualify for a low-income unit, the applicants must meet the income qualification, which is as follows:

  • Annual income of $66,750 or less for one person
  • Annual income of $76,250 or less for two people (combined)

To verify income eligibility, you will be asked to provide proof of your income from all sources and the assets.
